2018 New Year's Resolutions

Those are fake bangs, by the way, haha. Wearing an old H&M button-up shirt and the TOPSHOP Petite Velvet Bib Pini Dress.

2017 was a crazy year for all of us, but on a more personal and positive note, I started college this year! I already can't wait for sophomore year (I'm really excited about where I will be living next fall, haha).

Anyway, I'm really focusing on three goals this year because they have been so difficult for me in the past, and I really want to focus all of my attention on these things for 2018. Of course, I have other things I want to accomplish, but I consider these things to be the most important!

1. Dedicate more time to my blog and creating content.
This is the most important change I want to make this year. For the past few years, I have become way too focused on academics, and I haven't dedicated enough time to writing posts for my blog or creating any content. I have ideas, but I haven't been confident or motivated enough to execute them. This year, I really want to change that because life is only so long, I might as well try to make it as great as I can while I still have time. :-)

2. Take care of my health, physically and mentally.
I have awful eating habits, and I never exercise! Plus, I think I could develop a better mindset and pay more attention to my mental health.

3. Become less materialistic.
I spend way too much time scrolling through online shops and thinking about something that I want to buy. It is a huge time waster, so for this year I want to do less of that so I can spend my time and energy on the things that do matter! Having too many things stresses me out as well and buying less is better for the environment.

Have a great 2018!
